Job Title: Multi Site Property Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Property Manager at our Apollo House, The Union and Urban Student Village properties in Coventry and Leamington Spa. The role involves leading and motivating an operational team to drive the performance of the property KPI’s whilst delivering an outstanding student experience. You will be responsible for implementing best practice through strong leadership, as well as driving a high quality customer service, sales, maintenance and housekeeping provision.

You will take ownership for managing the check in, check out and room turnaround process, will be responsible for managing complaints and flat disputes, and will manage all Property customer-related and operational issues.

To be successful in this role you will have previous management experience from a similar background or environment, will have the confidence to work independently and use initiative in decision making. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, will have the ability to enthuse and motivate others and will understand the importance of excellent customer care.
